Koracao is not like any chocolate I have experienced. It’s bitter and earthy, and even has a fermented note. I heat water in a saucepan, add honey, then a few chucks of the cacao. Once melted, I add some whole milk. The experience is growing on me. Thank you, Koracao, for bringing us real chocolate.
