I read the description and reviews about how this cacao is beneficial to your health and I thought "wow, that all sounds good". So I placed an order. I wasn't interested in the spiritual, meditative stuff as I'm already steeped in my own Native spirituality and have been for 38 years. However, immediately after I started making my cacao beverage, I felt the need to take time to be reflective and to honor the spirit of this cacao. The very first time I made it, I was going on a solo mountain bike ride as I usually do. I kind of rushed through the process and made it to go. When I got out to my special spot, I felt blissed out and more in touch with my surroundings which surprised me because I'm usually very in tune with the natural world. Enough said. I love it and will buy again. I can't say that a person will experience what I have. I will say that it is worth exploring.
