I have gone through a few bags of the Peruvian ceremonial cacao and am very impressed with the quality of this product . I drink it twice a day and even in the evening this cacao doesn’t impact my sleep negatively . On the contrary I find myself more relaxed and clear in my mind . The Koracao is a very tasty product and the shaved cacao offers faster preparation time. I am adding half water and 1/2 oat or almond milk for a very creamy version of my cacao beverages. I will continue to restock this brand of ceremonial grade cacao and recommend it to others.
